We’re all about fun, fitness, and enjoying the water — but paddling does come with some risks. By joining any Paddle Fit Perth session, you’re letting us know that you understand those risks and are happy to take responsibility for yourself while on the water.
1. You Understand the Risks
The ocean and river can be unpredictable. Wind, waves, marine life, equipment, and physical effort can all play a part. By paddling with us, you accept that things can happen — from falling in to bumps, bruises, or equipment issues.
2. Paddle Fit Perth Isn’t Responsible for Accidents
We’ll always do our best to keep you safe, but by joining a session you agree that Paddle Fit Perth isn’t responsible for any injuries, accidents, loss, or damage that may happen before, during, or after a session.
3. You Take Care of Yourself
You agree that you’re fit and healthy enough to take part, you’ll listen to instructions, and you’ll wear safety gear when asked. If something doesn’t feel right, you’ll let the coach know.
4. Medical Situations
If an emergency happens, you’re okay with us giving basic first aid and calling for medical help if needed. Any medical costs remain your responsibility.
5. Equipment Use
If you’re using our gear, please treat it with care. If something gets damaged because of misuse, you may need to cover repair or replacement costs.
If You Need to Cancel

Weather & Safety
We keep a close eye on conditions. If the wind, swell, storms, or anything else makes paddling unsafe, we’ll cancel or reschedule the session.
