Whether you want to fast track your confidence, preparing for your first event or chasing a podium result, we'll build a coaching package that works for you.
Group Sessions for Intermediate and Experienced paddlers (Up to 10 paddlers)
At the sessions you will learn the following:
- Gain a better paddle fitness through a structured program.
- Improve technique through specific paddling drills.
What to bring:
- Ski
- Paddle
- PFD
- Leg Leash
- Wetsuit (optional for colder months)
- Water
- Hat
- Towel
*** Paddle Pack available for hire (inc Ski, Paddle, PFD and Leg leash)
Session Schedules:
Monday and Friday: 6am – 7am
- Freshwater Bay Peppermint Grove (Johnston St Boat Ramp)
Pricing:
$25 per session (Group)
- Equipment hire extra $15/session
