Group training for intermediate and experienced paddlers looking to elevate their game.

Expect from these sessions:
Purposeful training sets to improve paddle fitness
Targeted drills to boost race performance
Technical efficiency for maximum water speed
Coached feedback to paddle stronger and faster

Group Sessions for Intermediate and Experienced paddlers (Up to 10 paddlers)

At the sessions you will learn the following:
 
  • Gain a better paddle fitness through a structured program.
  • Improve technique through specific paddling drills.
What to bring:
  • Ski
  • Paddle
  • PFD
  • Leg Leash
  • Wetsuit (optional for colder months)
  • Water
  • Hat
  • Towel
*** Paddle Pack available for hire (inc Ski, Paddle, PFD and Leg leash)
Session Schedules:
Monday and Friday: 6am – 7am 
  • Freshwater Bay Peppermint Grove (Johnston St Boat Ramp)

$25 per session (Group)
